Economical and does the job.
I use this at work every day. Lasts me about a year then I buy a new one, it turns out to be a lot more economical then over priced (but better quality) Euro and Yank stuff. Tips are cheap. Cuts through chrome and high tensile no problem when you know how to use them properly.

A worthy addition for any machinists toolbox.
Great for general machining, even harder materials at slower speeds, aggressive chip breaker requires fast feed rate. Value hard to beat.
