Multi Region DVD Player

Due unforeseen circumstances I have only just set up the player and it is faulty. It jams the discs after a few minutes and greatly overheats. I have tried to find a phone number or email address for the supplier but had no luck. I am sure this is just a one off fault but I want to return the player and have it replaced
