12 of 12 found this helpful Okay, so I bought these scales as I wanted to see if they gave an accurate measurement to the other variables excluding your overall weight.
Now the weight measurement was amazing, spot on, couldn't be more accurate.
The rest however, it's down to guessing from your weight to your height, which as I've mentioned, is only a guess.
These scales are not miracle workers and can tell you how much fat you have etc, they are scales, they will measure your weight against gravity.
You pay for what you get, for the money they are amazing and would thourougly reccomend.
For everything else, if you're seeking a reliable reading, pay to get an accurate test done. An example of how I know these aren't accurate - I exercise 7 times a week, I am very toned and healthy, the scales told me I was obese and had 37% body fat. Not accurate.
