Pilates for Beginners DVD

Great for weak backs

This DVD has been great for me as I started to workout after having a baby. I've had a lot of back pain after giving birth and took it very slow, which the instructor allows for in her teaching. It's a calming workout with emphasis on proper form, which I know will help as I move on to more advanced levels of Pilates. Highly recommend this one!
