I won’t lie, the item arrived and didn’t work, which was super annoying as bought a new, branded printer toner, but didn’t work. Seemed like printer hadn’t been heavily used according to stats, 96% life on drum, but wouldn’t print, kept saying replace toner too. However, while all that sucked, the seller was very gracious and accommodating, as could have took back and resold as parts, but instead processed refund and told me to scrap it. Just see if I can return the toner to Amazon… doubtful.
