  The pump had a rubber foot missing. When I mentioned this to the seller, rather than offering me something like a £1 or £2 discount, and/or for just the pump to be returned, the seller said I would have to return EVERYTHING for a refund as the £3 postage would be the same for her if the three heaters were also returned, as if just the pump was returned. I have already removed scaling from the heaters and unpacked and tested them and am annoyed that something faulty has been sold to me.

  If you had read my email properly, I only made a suggestion that you return everything, giving my reasons. I asked YOU WHAT YOU WANTED TO DO, you did not have the courtesy to reply, you just left this unwarranted negative feedback. If on reply you had suggested a partial refund for the pump, I would have gadly given you the £2, as I had already said I had valued it at that. The pump was used but worked perfectly, not faulty. I am reporting you as leaving unfair feedback. Thank you.
