    I had to go to the Royal Mail sorting office to collect and pay postage for the brooch as the seller had underpaid. I contacted her to ask for the postage to be repaid to me,. She tells me she cannot do so as I am unwilling to give her my bank details. I can't see anything I want from her on her page.I am very cross with her and will never purchase anything from her again and will warn others not to buy either.

    I have only just seen this awful feedback..totally not necessary. You DID get the whole amount refunded. It was a genuine error and I rectified it as soon as I worked out how to do it. The comment you made about me not being able to do it was made when you first contacted me about the postage and I wasn't sure what to do. To warn others not to buy from me is RUDE and uncalled for. I understand you were annoyed and frustrated. I apologised, it was a genuine mistake and you got a full refund.
