A Must for Western Movie Fans
Tin Star tells a relatively simple story power packed with the finest actors and settings the fan of Westerns has come to love. Starring Henry Fonda, Anthony Perkins and John McIntire in the lead roles it is the story of a young man (Anthony Perkins) who has assumed the role of Sheriff and is unprepared so he seeks help from an older man (Henry Fonda). Relationships are woven in the story along the way. The movie offers drama, humor and the Code of the West ethics and loyalty which seems to be found only in a good Western. I enjoyed the story, the acting and this movie kept me engaged. Any serious fan of Westerns will appreciate everything about this movie and I was thrilled to be able to add it to my collection. Movie makers today have lost the art of telling a simple story and bringing it home to the heart while completely entertaining. This dvd will not sit on the shelf. I'll watch it again and again.
