In general it is a very good product. It has got a mild smell and tast which makes it very good for children too. I love that it is in capsules for convenience and dose purposes. The reason I give it 4 stars it is because sometimes the capsules are very hard (I broke my scissors trying to do it) others are nice and soft and I don't understand the reason why. I cut the capsules as I give it to a little child. Nevertheless I will repurchase this product.
