It’s so useful that weights are listed in metric for ingredients. Many pictures accompany recipes which again is helpful and necessary I think so you have an idea of how the end result should look. Full of baking recipes you can trust from basic to more advanced. Very pleased with this purchase and value for money. Arrived in an excellent condition and on time.
