Perfect fit
Great replacement just pushes into place. In fact it was easier to fit this than it was to remove the broken one. Cutlery tray no longer falls off the runner :) Pity they didn't make them that little bit stronger in the first place.

Not stainless!
I bought this because it is meant to be stainless, it isn't. No need to be a metallurgist to tell the difference, a magnet makes it nice and easy. There are four fixed mounting washers for secure mounting, unfortunately this one only had three of the holes properly made, so I had to finish the last one myself but unavoidably affecting the plating. So I now have a chromed mild steel with damaged chrome in a warm humid environment. I guess I will be looking for another caddy before too long.

Compact and good lead length
I used this to run bicycle lights on my motorbike. It handled the battery charging voltage and a hot dry dusty environment very well for extended periods. Not sure what it would be like in the rain but it isn't really designed for that.
