As Described, Except Includes Wrong Wall Adapter

The product was genuine, but it was not intended for the US market. The unit would not output HDMI when plugged in to power with the included 2.1 amp USB wall adapter. However, it did work when used with a 1 amp USB wall adapter. Search "snes classic no hdmi output" on google for the Nintendo support website article about this issue.
