Hand, Hand, Fingers, Thumb Board Book
1 of 1 found this helpful This book is great to read to children as the words have a rhymic rhyme pattern in a drum beat. I read it yesterday to a small group and had them "drum" on the table to the beat of the monkeys drumming in the book. They thoroughly enjoyed it, as my own children did. I love the book, but was looking for the larger, regular size book as I'm a teacher. Now I know after buying the item, the larger size has a white background cover, and the small board book a yellow one. It still can be used and is durable to let the preschool children look at for a library or personal use, but bigger ones are better to use in teaching so children can see pictures.

Hand, Hand, Fingers, Thumb Book

I am a preschool teacher and I find it a very good book for teaching children rhythm and rhyme with silly monkeys drumming on drums. I shared it with the music teacher at one preschool and she used this book to teach drumming. Even my two year old grandson loves it.
