I didn't take it out the box and messaged Lamplec, I was then informed to put a piece of paper with my details on and would give me a full refund if I returned it. After I returned the £16.95 fan I was only refunded £13, which I can't see why unless they are just incompetent idiots who can't add up unless their socks are off. It arrived back with terminal box taken out, damaged box, screws missing. We have had to throw it away as it was we could not sell it on.
