Looked fine but just didn;t fit

The terminals were too wide apart for the limited length of the mains wiring

A piece of glass with a lot of class!!

Tack sharp on all tests done. With 62mm thread, 'super' macro (with some fall-off at the edges) possible using close up lenses, also Cokin filter kit works great. VR is smart and works well, permitting 3-4 stops lower-light shots hand held, otherwise not possible without supplementary lighting. Yet to try portrait but if that turns out as good as the standard & macro shots taken so far, I will be a very happy bunny.
