  Contacted seller because untested dead on arrival RAM was packaged in static (not anti static) packaging which likely destroyed it in post, only to receive nonsense response about it being untested (I know). Seller refuses to acknowledge that there is a proper way to package electrostatic sensitive devices. I won't be dealing with this seller again and I cannot recommend him, unfortunately not willing to listen or communicate properly with buyers.

  Everything this buyer says is a lie, the ram was in a anti-static bag previously containing ram, I did acknowledge him, he picked my cheapest item obviously to auction wreck me, I have sold 100's of tech items with 100% feedback, I must now consider my options with this platform as it is so easy to ruin a good reputation as this guy has done, have blocked and will try to spread awareness of this buyer.
