  Seller accidentally sent the wrong laptop, but it s cool. Everything is resolved fully. I m happy! Listing was for an L490, but an L480 spec was sent with L490 casing. An honest mistake when you repair laptops. They re so similar afterall. I spoke with the seller, they were cool, they agreed to give me a full refund and keep the laptop. Awesome customer service!   I purchased a laptop from this seller, but when it was delivered it was badly scratched and the listing pictures did not show this to be the case. However the machine otherwise was as described and it works fine, it was just very disappointing cosmetically. However I was able to contact the seller sending him pictures of the damage and we agreed on a partial refund in compensation. This was an acceptable solution for me.
