Rockin to the oldies
I teach senior classes at our clubhouse and sometime use dvds.I love to do different workouts keeps them wanting more.It's so important staying fit at our age thank you. Will be looking to buy more

Arthritis workout
But! Not for older people with arthritis, because it's all floor work out s .,most can't get up and down from the floor .I would suggest to put that in . I teach 60 up young ladies. Would not have bought.
