For enthusiasts, it will provide hours of enjoyment and at $300 was definitely the best value.

At $300 when I bought it, it was easily the best value for 1440p gaming, and it can handle some 4k reasonably. For those looking for out-of-the-box performance, a 1070ti or 2060 is probably a better deal.
In my setup with abundant cooling, the fans often don't even need to spin up, and they've been silent when they do. The PCB and VRM is quite nice, though because it is mini the heat density is rather high. But the massive heat sink handles it well. The card is quite large, but personally I prefer the long 2-slot approach compared to the current trend of 2.5 & 3 slot cards. I actually want to use my other PCI-E slots.
I also really like PowerColor's output choice. 2xHDMI and 2xDisplayPort makes more sense to me personally than 1xHDMI and 3x DisplayPort, but I guess for those with triple monitor setups that they use for surround gaming may disagree.
