Multi talented unit
I have yet to find any protein that I cant cook in it including breaded pork chops and even meatloaf. And everything comes out just the way I like it and in half the time without having to tend the stove constantly.

Not user friendly
Where do I start?
Thought it could be changed to Fahrenheit. Celsius only
Bought it for controlling a kiln. You cannot input a temperature per hour rate as almost all fireing schedules are written. I cannot press two buttons next to each other at the same time, The buttons are too close together. The instructions are very confusing and tiny print, maybe ok for an electronics nerd. They wiring diagram was very clear but the operating instructions we're not. Anyone who is used to operating a glass or ceramic kiln control would have a very difficult time entering and converting the temperature ramp and soak schedule to this unit. I ended up purchasing a Bartlett three key controller and an inexpensive transformer and relay for only about $45 more then this kit and it is extremely easy to operate.
An expensive lesson learned
