I'm happy with this purchase.

Purchased this in May of 2020 Pros: Small, unobtrusive and allows driver full view of windshield. Very easy setup. Communicates well directly via Wifi with my smartphone (no network needed). I use the Wifi to position the camera for the best view. The Wifi also allows me to download specific clip(s) or pictures without having to remove the added memory card. Good price for the quality. Cons: The unit only comes with a sticky windshield mount. I had planned on using it in two different cars. My wife's for her daily driving and mine when we go on long trips for vacation. I contacted Yi support. They do not offer a suction type mount AND they could not even sell me an individual second sticky mount so I could just detach the camera an remount it on a second mount in the other car. I had to end up attaching sticky sided Velcro to the windshield and the Yi mount. It's not ideal but now I can use it on both cars. I personally rate it at 4 stars just because of the mounting issues...otherwise it would have received a 5 star rating. This unit does NOT have a rear view function but I knew that when I purchased it and rear view was something I didn't feel I needed. If I ever get tired of moving the camera from one car to the other I would probably just purchase another identical model and use it.
