Great French cooking information
This book is not for the faint of heart. It bases a lot of the sauces on some mother sauces that take several days to make. You can freeze the mother sauces and use them as needed so thats when you save time and effort. You'll need a 40 quart sauce pan, a relationship with a butcher and some time to get started. Your end product will be classic and wonderful.

Grab the popcorn
Ok a blind guy leaps off building and swings from lamp posts while fighting crime. But them he commits crime, so is he good or bad? He has scars then no scars. He can't defend his girlfriend and then he he scampers up walls and fights the bad guys. The movie seems out of balance it's easy to get lost. So turn it on, do some laundry and you'll not miss a thing. I really wanted a cameo by Regis....would have been great.

Another HP movie
I must have fallen asleep for a few years because I missed this installment of the HP series. I was watching the next one and suddenly knew I had missed something. If you don't watch this one the next one has many gaps. Most of the movies are good stand alones but these last couple have taken the excitement of discovery and moved it into Hi I'm Harry Potter and I'm a brat. I'm starting to think about rooting for Malfroy as he seems to be having some real childhood issues of discovering who he is. Plus I'm tired of trying to guess if professor Snape is good or bad, choose allready! I'm a HP fan and glad to watch the movies, I havn't read the books so don't have a base for that.
