Bottles opened and only 3/4 full

I was surprised to see that ALL 4 bottles were opened previously and scotch tape was then applied to the covers & bottles. I grabbed a new bottle from my shelf and compared it to these four bottles. . . These four bottles were missing 1/4 of the product in each bottle

Overall good, but toaster feature not so much :(

Overall it is good. However, the toaster feature (which I thought was an awesome idea) does not toast evenly and on darkest setting... you still have to toast is 2x to get a golden brown toast :(

Low quality-product sux

Worst product I have ever purchased! Quality was horrible: wheels didn't turn & scratched floor, steam production was minimal, handle gets to hot to handle, and parts kept falling off unit. Knock off from china???
