  He forgot to mail the Legos and then went on vacation with no forwarding of my questions. So, a birthday gift meant to be given on January 31st didn't actually arrive until February 4th. Original delivery date was NLT January 28th. On the plus side. When he realized his mistake after four days of me sending him messages through eBay, he sent the box and it arrived in a matter of days. I can't give him anything other than neutral. I was going to give him a negative negative until Saturday.
