Great tesd
Particularly for people interested in Israel and its uniqueness.

Best for young adultd
I use two different Edmund Essentrics programs and they are essentially the same conceptually but this one is taught by a young woman and is a bit fast paced for me as a senior. The one by Miranda Edmund entitled “Mobility and Bone strengthening” is more suitable for anyone over 70 or so.. Both programs work well.

hard to find except on ebay
this is an out of print recently reviewed book by Wall sT journal that appealed to me but was hard to find except for this mint well priced edition on Ebay.
