8 and 10 y.o. keen to see each succeeding episode while learning values and history
If you haven't heard of Tom Brown's school days it's a famous book series for kids but this video version hasn't lost any attraction or relevance. It's a great period drama incidentally showing social differences but also positioning real people and real moral challenges in a convincing and entertaining situation. I was a bit doubtful that my 8 and 10 y.o. would abide it in the era of pet Dragons and Fortnite but actually they were totally engaged and keen to see each succeeding episode (5 of them). I was delighted because the series also teaches values, leadership and a little bit of history.

The best of the Wind in the Willows videos definitely get it
This is the best of the Wind in the Willows renditions with great stop motion animation using really adorable models. My 10 y.o. boy was not interested but my 8 y.o. girl loved it and watched the other Wind in the Willows videos as well. The little puppets used in this one really told the story well. For those that don't know there are a number of different character types in the story and the story demonstrates their interactions and different values. Even old toad has some positive contributions.

Historic story very well told. Don't pass it up.
Incredible true story reflects not only on the different worlds the individuals came from and of course the power of the Christian world view but also the history of the Western democracies.
Told solely through the first hand accounts of the individuals involved (those who are still alive) and firstly and mostly the Amazonian natives, now transformed by the power of the gospel.
A telling part earlier on is where they clarify that almost everyone in the Amazonian community starts their story with an account of how one or both of their parents died in a homicide.
It may feel a bit slow at first but it gets really engrossing and is really demonstrative and powerful in the end. There is no "artificial" or "contrived" content whatsoever so it's suitable for any audience and for mixed audiences.
Historic story very well told. Don't pass it up.
