Fairly robust
Read quite a few reviews about transfer pumps by different sellers and different manufacturers but in the end plumped for this one. It didn't fall apart on first use and neither did it leak like some others apparently do. It took over 60 litres diesel out of an old car without any difficulty, though my only gripe is that after 2 or 3 quick pumps, the diesel should have flowed by itself. It didn't but it was probably because the tank was so low to the ground. It was no big deal however to pump each volume but it's probably much easier if you can get someone to adjust the tube in the fuel tank (as I did) and keep it somewhere near the top of the fuel rather than too deep. Well worth the cash for the fuel saved.
