The whole process of returning the item was fraught, the seller was confrontational and un-civilzed in her communication. She refused to refund me and said I had returned it to the wrong address, even though the item had been posted, tracked and marked as delivered using the return postage label she provided through eBay. I had to ask eBay to step in to get my refund.

Terrible quality
Poster arrived, creased in two of the corners and it looks nothing like the picture on here. Also enquiries about another poster at the time of pitching this one and had no reply.
