Beautiful bag

I loved my baby’s new bag it stated that it would come with a changing mat which it did and bottle warmer which wasn’t in my order so I’ve messaged the sender and they have ignored me so as a whole the bag is beautiful quality but missing items then being ignored has dropped a star and I wouldn’t recommend to selling off which is unfortunate
