  The item was supposed to be delivered in or before 29/11/24, in time to do the first elf prank on 1st December. It was not delivered until 2/12, which meant I wasn’t able to do the first 2 days. When I contacted the seller to say how disappointed I was they did not even bother acknowledging my message.

  Order despatched the same day it was ordered and collected by the courier same day. We cannot control courier delays which were on this occasion caused by storm Darragh. If the ferries aren't running they can't deliver to you in Ireland. We are sorry for the delay but we did everything we could to get your item to you as swiftly as we could. We did reply to you sending you the tracking update from the courier, however you demanded a refund which we disputed with you. Please be honest.
