Autobiography of a child in troubled Italy during WWII
Firstly it shows how gullible people have been concerning dictators during the WWII. Secondly, it is based on real facts and part of the life of the productor/writer/director of the film itself. And, finally, the pictures are fantastic and gives a very good idea of the places.

A love story in the middle of a war
Good film I knew since a long time ago. Exotic, sometimes erotic but love will prevail all the fights. This film relates also the history of the WWII when Rommel invaded North Africa and the actions of spies.

Always believe in your heart
Nice history and good DVD.
When a single mother (Sarah Jessica Parker) brings her teen rebelellious daughter (Rosie Day) to Italy, she will have to trace her because of the mother (Claudia Cardinale) of her old flame wants to marry her former partner.
The chase of her daughter with the old flame (Raoul Bova) from Tuscany to Rome is full of risks but the pictures (for me) are not so good knowing Italy very well.
At the end the mother will finally marry former partner, and both the single mother and the old flame will reconnect.
