These cables are brittle unlike other Lava Cables used in the past...Buyer Beware!

Buyer beware: This order had a really bizarre thing happen. I'd ordered lava cables before (from a different vendor) and they were much better quality. The cables that were included in this order seemed to be of worse quality. Yes, they worked, but I found myself having to be extremely careful when using the stripper tool (the same exact one used before as well as the one that came with this order). The ground wires broke very easily and the whole process was very difficult compared to other experiences. It's as thought the cables were very dry or brittle. I've built at least a dozen custom pedal boards and have never had an issue with Lava Cables but the ones included in this order SUCKED. If I wasn't pressed for time, I would have returned them and ordered elsewhere. So, I'm left hoping that they don't fail me sooner than later down the line. Again, buyer beware.
