Reliable
Good consistent performance and good value. I'm staying with this one after being let down by cheaper compatibles in the past.

Smart and solid
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this for my elderly mother as it's nice and light and easy to handle whilst being a solid design. It seems well made and really stylish compared to a lot of cheaper step ladders and the ability to fold completely flat is very handy. The only slight negative is that due to its ability to fold flat, the top crossbar is right against your legs when standing on the top step. Other ladders have a curved bar to prevent this but of course they don't store away as neatly. All in all it's a great product and she's very happy with it.
