However, it is the 25th and I haven’t received the item which was a gift for a fellow shul goer this Shabbos. I contacted the store to which they replied “will dispatch tomorrow”. No apology on their behalf, no nothing. They couldn’t even bother to dispatch and it resorted to me contacting them.
