7 of 12 found this helpful So, upon receiving this set, I was super excited. I absolutely love DeWalt. I have other box sets that get the job done but not DeWalt. When I first opened the box, I sat the DeWalt label facing up and when opening carefully, I could hear the tools falling out of their places within the box. I thought no big deal, they probably shifted during shipping. However, when I started placing them back in their assigned slots, I noticed that they were not locking into position, at all. As a matter of fact, they were so loose within the carrying case that I immediately could tell that this design would continuously be trouble not allowing for this set to be mobile which is exactly what these sets are designed to be. Well, that is the least of my worries as I can disassemble the kit and store the individual pieces in my tool cart. My worries and frustration set in when I realized that all the tools were scuffed and scratches pretty severely. Like used rigorously severe. Not shifted around in the box but flat out used. Ugh, I bought a new set according to the details. I mean, I am going to use them anyway but some of the tools are already starting to lose the coating and the writing detailing the size are fading. I was really happy about the 25 dollar gift card that has yet to come and I really don't want to go through the hastle of return shipping and costs so I am going to think on it for a few days and also await the gift card. If you are wanting a mobile case, this is not for you. If you are wanting new tools, this is not for you. Really dissatisfied!
