If you take statins
Q10 has helped with muscle pain causes by statins, I take before statins, a couple of hrs, and so far, my legs are less sore.
I would recommend even though they are expensive
Tried others but no similar results .

Best for energy
I’ve been taking this for many years and my energy is constant. I’ve tried to stop for just a few days and I’ve noticed the difference straight away.
