Best 600mg Guaifenesen for the price.
2 of 2 found this helpful This used to be prescribed, many years ago, to loosen the thick mucous I was frequently coughing up, for which it worked exceedingly well. Then because of some other ingredients that were always included in the pill that caused some problems, guaifenesen XXX was taken off the market, not even able to be prescribed. Now, this Mucinex product, which is 100% guaifeneson, the ingredient that does all the great work it previously did, is back on the market and even over the counter. Guaifeneson is, once again, making my quality of life so much better. Moreover, if one doesn't ingest, say, more than 1200 mg (two of these pills) a day, it can be taken virtually every day. I"M not a physician, but my experience is that the beneficial effect is cumulative, meaning that if I forget to take 2 a day, or even none for a day or two, I'm still good. Quitting for 2-3 days brings back the original mucous unpleasantness. Costco sells 400mg guaifeneson pills for cheaper, but the difference between 400 and 600mg is noticeable for me. Just remember Mucinex is the brand, but guaifeneson is the ingredient you want YMMV.

E-SS503 Perfect on my 8 Wide 5E feet
I just can't imagine a more comfortable SPD clip shoe (in this case sandal) .
Moreover, my right foot is larger than my left. Why is this so relevant.
This sandal has three cross-the-foot velcro straps, and one heel velcro strap.
One over the toes, one over the SPD clip, and one near the highest part of your foot.
This allows you to adjust for a wide foot at three points. i don't cinch down tight the one over my toes, I do cinch tight the one over my SPDs, and fairly tight the highest one. This allows me the maximum comfort, yet the sandal is very secure (not sloppy) when riding, and since the middle is cinched down tight, I can easily extract my foot from the clips. Just can't imagine a more comfortable shoe. My wife has no such trouble finding a good fit, and for her we bought Nashbar Ragster II . That sandal has but two velcro straps across the foot, but for her is't also very comfortable. We both occasionally forget to take them off when we're off the recumbent trikes. The Exustar are very well made, IMHO. Can't say enough about how wonderful they are.

Perfect Lite-Duty generator
1 of 4 found this helpful This is a neat little generator for the price. Save your refrigerated/freezer food in power outages, provide remote power off the grid for light applications. Probably last longer if you stay at or below 80% load (800 watts). Haven't had it long enough nor am I interested in pushing this little gem past it's designed use, that is occasional light usage.
Time will tell. But this exact model is sold under other brand names for much more money.
