My favorite!

My old one finally died so I was looking for the same one to replace it. Paninis are crispy every time, it heats up quickly, big difference between a grill or panini maker!

A grand pastry book.

The only pastry dessert cookbook you need. The recipes are both in cups and grams so it pleases everyone. I prefer grams where my daughter still uses measuring cups.
