  I’m sorry if the teapot was damaged in transit. I packaged it in a good quality box and made sure it fit in snugly so it couldn’t move with plenty of padding to protect it. You also received a refund immediately. I would like to point out that on reflection I wouldn’t have sold the item to you as your account is literally days old…..!!
