Sticky Situation

I have purchased many chip beads and these looked particularly nice. When I received them I was not disappointed until I tried to get them off the string. Whilst I do have some chips I can use, there are many that I can't. Some are glued together and got stuck on the string. I have used this supplier many times and have not had any issues before. Just very disappointed that they were so hard to destring and many are useless to me. Would love to buy again but would like a whole string of usable beads next time without any glue added.
