This seller didn't hesitate send a replacement jar without me having to repack and send the other 5 jars back. I would definitely recommend this seller a d the product was exact as described.

    Arrived very well packaged and the glasses all very well protected. No complaints at all. The delivery service man, who was very nice, waited while I checked the contents as the top of the box had been forced open! There was a hand sized gap forced past the taping! Just saying in case seller might want to change delivery people! Otherwise very positive experience and thank you.

    Very pleased. Set was in superb condition, absolutely amazing price and each piece was individually packed in bubble wrap for transportation and the box marked 'fragile'. Unfortunately, Evri still managed to break 2 saucers and 1 coffee cup, which obviously marred the experience. I do not blame the sellers, as their precautions were excellent. I'm always nervous when i see Evri is the courier. There's always a problem, 'Evri' time.
