Anti Snoring Tongue Device - Awesome
1 of 1 found this helpful I have used this for over a year now and it really works. You don't have to spend thousands on a device. It does feel really awkward at first and you might drool a little but it stops me from snoring.
I do put in boiling water with white distilled vinegar every so often to clean it. I rinse it in very hot water every morning and evening. And I just recently replaced the ones I had for a year. Don't know if I really had to but I did. Great product that really works. Great price.

Awesome Product
I have been using this Silicone anti snore tongue device for a few years now and it truly keeps me from snoring. My problem is my tongue rests on my uvula and causes the snoring so this device keeps my tongue pulled forward. This product as any mouth piece takes a little while to get use to but it is so worth it. It is comfortable to wear. I do rinse with very hot water every morning. I do boil it so often but I do replace about every 6 months.

Be sure and use just a dab or you will get white residue but it does tighten the skin.
