    faster than usane bolt delivery! ordered Friday morning, expected delivery was by Wed but delivered next day Saturday before midday....very impressive. Boxed and packaged well. it said "used" but don't think it had been but has 2 small chips in the metallic paint which is hardly noticable and doesn't bother me. everything included as described and very pleased with the purchase. Excellent purchase and service.

    Not so much as the product as the customer service. I bought this used from the as Carbon Fibre. Arrived and was aluminium. Not asking to send it back I informed them as to the mistake Told me I was wrong and would never get carbon fibre for less then £100. I had a look at the ad again and they had changed it as I bought it my copy of the ad is the original and was still CF. I said my feedback would spotlight their lie and I got called a bully. Even Lied about ebay saying they would take down

    Customer service? No we won't allow anyone to take their personal grudges at us. We have indeed appealed this feedback as you clearly don't seem ok! We have advised this buyer to simply return the product but they DO know it's exactly what they ordered for literally the half price?If you were this unhappy why not just return the item instead of leaving a paragraph complaining about how we treated you? We will still operate as normal and will never let anyone to bully us.
