  This is the second update that I have purchased in addition to a lifetime FSC code. I did have some technical difficulties downloading the update and needed some assistance. As stated in the description, this was available immediately and eventually resolved the issue. This is how customer service should be. After closely following the detailed instructions and correcting a mistake i made (in buying the wrong USB stick) the maps were updated perfectly.
