Questionable mixture

Not sure why, but this smells sort of weird (like flowers?), is watery and separates into layers while in the bottle. I would have liked a more homogeneous product. Not sure all the ingredients in this are necessary.

Meh

Attaching suction cups requires netting to be broken. Suction cups do not work and fall off glass. Overall not a good design because of these reasons.

Hatch your own daphnia!

As described. Comes in a tiny little ziplock. I don't recommend using the whole thing at once, maybe try half and save the other half in case you need to try again. There is enough to start one colony multiple times. I followed the instructions and got baby daphnia in approximately 7 days at 76 degrees F room temperature. I also got worms in this culture so I don't believe the mix sent is pure daphnia, but the daphnia are easy to isolate after they hatch if you would like a daphnia only culture.
