Explosive power that does exactly what you want a bug killer to do!
3 of 3 found this helpful Unlike so many smaller, cheaper units that simply do not attract the flies or even stun them this unit is incredible! The sharp, explosive "crack" as a bug makes contact with the "power grid" doesn't just make us jump it has our dog pleading for ear defenders!
The twin 15 watt tubes also provide more light than you need to safely transit your kitchen in the dark . . . a win both ways!

The door now stays open!
This design is proving popular because it works. The positive catch holds the door in wind and can only be opened by lifting the paddle. Easy to install too.

A good protection agianst a nasty fault before it occurs.
If you have a VG-10/20/30 Handycam then this is one of the very few designs that do work in preventing lots of tripod and/or mono-pod use from possibly tearing out the original captive mount from the cameras body. Put simply fit this as soon as you can.
The extra threaded hole that aligns with your existing camera mount favours longer mounting screws if you can use one and that makes for a truly strong camera mount . . how many times has your camera almost fallen off short screws before?
However the plate fitting screws provided and the precise hole alignment may need to to apply a bit of TLC as I did, providing you have basic DIY skills that shouldn't be too much of an issue.
Not cheap but then likely made in small batches and postage/customs charges for delivery outside of the US will bump that up. However I've ticked "Yes" to "is it good value" for the insurance it provides, not the cost of purchasing it.
