High image quality input to output. Endpoints feature not only HDMi but RS232, IR, & HID USB. This unit needed firmware. It will function as a matrix switcher in a small club. Satellite receivers & laptop sources & 4 flat screen big displays as destinations. This unit will operate without programming. Exceptional quality controls insure reliable complex products.

Best extender on the market
My use for this product was to extend HDMI, USB, & ethernet over a single Cat5 cable about 50ft. The HTPC is located in the laundry room, on a shelf, above the washer/dryer. I wanted a cleaner install for the display, with only the display and the soundbar on the wall. I used this device along with a DM-RMC-SCALER-C to haul HDMI from PC to display, & HID USB from display to PC. Plugged in the cables, stuck the dongle for wireless keyboard/mouse in, voila! This rig will do 1080p+, but not 4k. That reqires the newer model numbers of similar products. I don't know why no one is making an HDMI extender that will handle USB too.
