Defective item

The print head stopped functioning after 5 days with the warning light on the printer flashing. I ran the HP diagnostic program and it showed an unknown error with the print head. I tried to run the printer through a cleaning cycle but it wouldn't even do that because of the malfunctioning print head. Unplugged the printer, removed the print head, plugged it back in, replaced print head, still has the flashing yellow warning light.

First time I used this 2 of the 4 pieces...

First time I used this 2 of the 4 pieces of the collet (or whatever it's called) broke off. I used it on an Ariens snowblower 8 hp engine, removed the muffler and other engine parts that were in the way. It's a nice concept for a tool, but in real life it's weak and much more delicate than it should be.
