Vitamin D supplement that is confirmed to work
I was blood tested in 2012 and showed low vitamin D after returning to UK.from a very sunny country.
After some time on far more expensive vitamin D supps I switched to these.
I have been on these for at least 3 years and had another blood test last year at the end of winter.
My vit D levels remain high despite the end of winter blood test.
