  Seller lost one of the items before dispatch. I still wanted the other items so I asked them to make a partial refund as they saw fit. They offered a very niggardly refund.

  Very harsh comment, I refunded £3 of a £17 purchase for a missing item that you said you didn't even need as you were only replacing specific cheek pads. Bearing in mind I accepted your offer of 15% less than asking in the first place for an item that is over £50 brand new and also offered you a full refund which you declined.
